Responsibilities & Requirements

Main Job Tasks

  1. Answer calls professionally.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
  3. Research required information using available resources.
  4. Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  5. Provide customers with product and service information.
  6. Enter customer information.
  7. Process orders, forms and applications.
  8. Identify and escalate priority issues.
  9. Route calls to appropriate resource.
  10. Follow up customer calls and emails where necessary.
  11. Complete encounter logs as required.
  12. Produce encounter reports as required.

Education and Knowledge

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Proficient in relevant computer applications: Windows proficiency.
  3. Knowledge /willingness to learn customer service principles and practices.
  4. Knowledge/willingness to learn about call center telephony and technology.
  5. Good data entry/keyboard skills: Minimum score 30 WPM, minimum accuracy 92%.
  6. Knowledge of administration and clerical processes preferable.
  7. Willingness to learn about relevant products /processes as applicable.
